NYC Junk Removal & Demolition Inc. provides junk removal, cleanouts, demolition support, and related haul-away services subject to availability, access conditions, and approved quotes.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on volume, material type, and access. The final price is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate job details, safe access to the property, and disclosure of restricted or hazardous items before service begins.
Restricted Items
We may refuse hazardous, illegal, or regulated materials. If restricted items are discovered on-site, we may adjust the scope or decline removal of those materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or undisclosed hazards.
